At Pekay, we specialize in producing Custom Mixing and Aeration Equipment that installs on top of belt conveyors. Founded in 1954, we've been producing custom mixing equipment for the foundry, ore processing, and many other industries that convey various materials on conveyor belts. We offer a wealth of experience and manufacturing quality that allows for production of advanced, reliable and custom equipment.

We are able to provide on-belt conveyor equipment that can mix, aerate, and de-lump many standard foundry sands and ore process materials. Our systems offer continuous processing, uniform mixing, cost savings, shorter cycle times, and simple installation.

These custom mixing and aeration systems feature undercarriage, frame, housing, wheels, shafts, and drive guard components made from carbon or stainless steel, along with rubber systems to contain and baffle the conveyed material. Our equipment can handle material depths of up to 10", and holds to +/- 1/8" tolerances. Full product inspection and certified manufacturing drawings are included.
